1. Definitions

• Account: Your registered user profile.
• Subscription: A paid plan (e.g., Basic, Professional, Enterprise) granting defined Service access.
• Content: Any data, text, images, or other materials you or GT6TRADE supply.
• Authorized User: A person you permit to access the Service under your Account.
• Confidential Information: Non‐public information labeled confidential or reasonably understood as such.

2. Service Overview

GT6TRADE provides an omni-channel business platform for:

• Data Integration: Unify product, inventory, order, and customer data across channels.
• Site Deployment: Build and deploy static/dynamic sites via drag-and-drop templates and CI/CD.
• Social Publishing: Schedule or instantly push content to major social platforms.
• CRM & Marketing: Create 360° customer profiles, segment audiences, and trigger campaigns.
• Automation: Design visual workflows with AI-assisted copywriting for zero-touch operations.
• Security & Reliability: Deliver via headless static/CDN, encrypt data, and monitor uptime.

We may modify or discontinue features, giving notice when feasible.

3. Account & Eligibility

• Eligibility: You must be 18+ and legally able to enter this agreement.
• Registration: Provide accurate information; you're responsible for all activity under your Account.
• Authorized Users: You must ensure they comply with these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Fees

• Plans: Choose from tiers with specific features, user seats, and usage limits.
• Billing: Charges recur automatically each billing cycle (unless canceled 14 days before renewal).
• Payment: You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
• Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or these Terms.
• Taxes: You're responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or fees.

5. User Conduct & Responsibilities

• Compliance: Use the Service lawfully and in compliance with any third-party terms.
• Prohibitions: Do not infringe IP rights, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer, spam, or abuse the Service.
• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of Content you upload; you grant GT6TRADE a license to operate and improve the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

• GT6TRADE IP: All software, code, brands, and documentation are owned by or licensed to GT6TRADE.
• License: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute GT6TRADE IP.

7. Confidentiality

Each party must keep the other's Confidential Information private and use it only to perform obligations under these Terms (survives termination for 3 years).

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

• Mutual: Each party has the right to enter this Agreement.
• Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. GT6TRADE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect Damages: GT6TRADE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Cap: GT6TRADE's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the six months before a claim.

10. Term & Termination

• Term: These Terms start when you first use the Service and continue until terminated.
• By You: Cancel 14 days before the next billing date; you remain responsible for fees through the effective date.
• By GT6TRADE: We may suspend or terminate if you breach these Terms, become insolvent, or if required by law.
• Effect: Upon termination, your access ends. We may delete or anonymize your Content after 30 days unless you request export.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Delaware, USA law. Disputes must be brought in Wilmington, DE courts. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be preceded by 30 days' notice via email or Service notification. Continued use after that date equals acceptance.

13. Miscellaneous

• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign to affiliates or in a business sale.
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms are the complete agreement regarding the Service.
